John Headlee is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in technology, operations, and organizational growth. As CEO of Amplexus, he partners with founders and executives to accelerate sales, enhance operations, and advance technology through strategic methodologies.

With a career spanning roles in web development, network administration, and database management, John has held leadership positions at companies like Evolve IP and DigiKnow, overseeing engineering operations, cloud services, and large scale IT systems. His expertise includes operational excellence, contract negotiations, strategic development, and efficiency management.

At Amplexus, John focuses on helping organizations scale safely, strengthen their infrastructure, and turn data into actionable revenue signals, all while fostering workplace cultures where people love their jobs.

Lucas Brandão

FOUNDER

Lucas Brandão is a Sales & Marketing Consultant at Amplexus, passionate about helping businesses turn vision into execution. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at FGV EBAPE, Lucas combines strategic planning, marketing expertise, and data analysis to drive growth.

At Amplexus, he works on business diagnostics, operational execution projects, and targeted sales strategies that have increased lead generation efficiency and boosted conversion rates. His previous experience includes developing user acquisition strategies for Bizuu, a food discount app, and exploring NFT applications in the music industry with Universal Music.

With skills in Excel, Python, SQL, and Canva, plus a background in audiovisual production. Lucas merges analytical insight with creative storytelling to design campaigns that engage and convert.
